Hot Tub Enclosure

One of the primary tasks was the renovation of the hot tub enclosure. Initially, the structure was worn and lacked insulation. We replaced the outer paneling with new wood, ensuring better durability and a refreshed look. Insulation was added to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

Water Heater Closet Revamp

The old water closet was outdated and inefficient and lacked appeal. We replaced the Sheetrock and Insulation with a new, energy-efficient Insulation and water/mold resistant Sheetrock. The new installation included updated plumbing and proper insulation to the walls and ceiling, ensuring long-term reliability and energy performance, along with a fresh paint finish for a new updated feel.

Fireplace Revamp

We revamped the fireplace area with new stone tiling and a custom wood mantel. This transformation created a stunning focal point in the living room, blending rustic charm with contemporary design elements.
